Will Yoshihide Suga still be Prime Minister of Japan by the end of 2021?

After winning the leadership of the governing party, Yoshihide Suga was elected as Japan's new prime minister, following the resignation of Shinzo Abe. The elections for the House of Representatives of Japan in October, however, will lead to a new designation election of Prime Minister, along with the appointment of a new cabinet.
If Yoshihide Suga is re-elected as Prime Minister of Japan following the 2021 general election, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
