Will Brazil's Supreme Court vote in favor of the Indigenous Lands "Temporal Framework" in 2022?

In September 2021, Brazil's Supreme Court began the analysis of the so-called "Temporal Framework" for the outlining of indigenous peoples' lands in the country. According to the Temporal Framework thesis, the indigenous peoples of Brazil would only have the right to request the possession of certain portions of land if these lands were either already inhabited by them or under legal dispute on October 5, 1988, when Brazil's current Constitution was put in effect.

If by the end of 2022 Brazil's Supreme Court decides in favor of the thesis about the so-called "Temporal Framework" (Marco Temporal, in Portugues) for indigenous lands, hence determining that indigenous people can only claim the rights over lands that were either already in their possession or under legal dispute on October 5, 1988, this market will resolve to "Yes".
