If Brazilian president-elect Lula da Silva officially appoints any registered member of the Liberal Party (PL) to become state minister at the beginning of his term, this market will resolve to “Yes”. For the sake of resolving this market, offices and secretaries with ministerial status will also be taken into account as ministries.
