Greece and Turkey maintain a tense relationship and long-standing territorial disputes. Despite being NATO allies compromised with a “military de-confliction mechanism” since 2020, after Turkey announced an Exclusive Economic Zone with Lybia in a maritime area claimed by Greece was established, those countries occasionally enter military frictions.

If between January 1st and December 31, 2023, Greece's armed forces inflict a military attack upon Turkish exploration vessels or any other Turkish unit, be it military or civil, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
