Abiy Ahmed serves since 2018 as Ethiopia's prime minister. After being awarded the 2019 Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to consolidate peace terms after the Eritrea-Ethiopia War stalemate, Ahmed conducted a civil war against the insurrection forces of Tigray and was sworn in for a new five-year term as prime minister in 2021.

If Abiy Ahmed remains in office as Prime Minister of Ethiopia through December 31, 2023, this market will resolve to "Yes".
