Market Rules

Justice Rosa Weber’s retirement from Brazil's Supreme Court (STF) took place on October 2nd, 2023. The change of seats fueled speculation on the identity of the next nominee for the office.

This market will resolve in favor of the outcome that matches the name of President Lula da Silva's nominee to fill Rosa Weber’s seat in Brazil's Supreme Court as soon as the nomination becomes public and official. The resolution is independent of whether or not Brazil's Federal Senate approves the nomination.
