A November 2023 report from Bloomberg states that Shein has filed confidentially with US regulators for an IPO and contracted 3 banks to facilitate the process.

This market aims to predict if the Chinese online fashion retailer Shein will go public in any stock exchange in the United States of America by or on July 1st, 2024. The announcement of an official date for going public made by the company and/or the stock exchange will be sufficient to resolve this market as “Yes”.
