"Bullet Time" command available in GTA6?

When it comes to the release of the new GTA (Grand Theft Auto 6), the supposed existence of a "Bullet Time"-like feature is a subject of great speculation. The feature would be a reference to the movie "The Matrix", in which a character's environment is viewed in slow motion through a moving viewing point that turns around the character and allows, among other things, more acrobatic movements.
If a command to use "Bullet Time" with a playable character is confirmed to be available in GTA 6, this market will resolve to "Yes".
If GTA 6's developers confirm the "Bullet Time" command before the game is launched, this market may be resolved to "Yes" before the official launch date.
If a feature similar to 'Bullet Time' is included but not explicitly called 'Bullet Time', Futuur will use its discretion to determine whether this constitutes a "Yes" resolution."
