Will TSE revoke Sergio Moro's mandate in 2024?
Market Rules
If Brazil's top electoral court (TSE) decides in favor of revoking senator Sergio Moro's (UNIÃO-PR) mandate in the case reported by Floriano Azevedo Marques — an appeal to Moro's acquittal in the Regional Electoral Court of Paraná (TRE-PR) for pre-campaign irregularities in 2022’s Senate race — this market will resolve to "Yes".
If for any reason, including dismissal and filing, the case does not get voted in TSE by December 31st, 2024, this market will resolve to “No”.
