Ukraine to control Pokrovsk through the end of 2024?
Market Rules
If Ukraine’s armed forces hold de facto control of the city of Pokrovsk through December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC), this market will resolve to "Yes".
If at any point before the said date Ukraine no longer has control over the city of Pokrivsk, this market may resolve to "No" right away, with no need to wait for the market's deadline.
“De facto control” is defined as Ukrainian armed forces establishing and maintaining a continuous military presence in the city of Pokrovsk, exercising effective control over the local administration, and being recognized as controlling the area by reliable and independent sources.
The primary source for resolving this market will be the Institute for the Study of War’s Ukraine Conflict Updates. If the ISW does not report on the status of Ukrainian control in Pokrovsk, or if their reporting is unclear, Futuur reserves the right to refer to other reputable sources.
