Market Rules

This event predicts whether Abdel Fattah el-Sisi will remain in office as President of Egypt through December 31, 2026. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official Egyptian government communications confirming the status of the presidency.

If Abdel Fattah el-Sisi officially remains President of Egypt through the end of December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Temporary absences from office due to health or other reasons will not affect resolution as long as he officially retains the presidency. If official information is unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major international news organizations. Resolution will reflect the substantive holding of the office, not temporary interruptions. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
