Brazil’s Next President Elect
Market Rules
This set of markets predicts who will win Brazil’s next presidential election, with the first round scheduled for October 4, 2026. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be the official election results published by Brazil’s Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).
If the candidate named in a market is officially declared elected President of Brazil by the TSE following the 2026 election process (including any required second-round runoff), that market will resolve to "Yes". All other markets will resolve to "No". If a runoff election is required, the resolution will be based on the final certified result after the second round. If the election is canceled, indefinitely postponed, or no official winner is certified by the TSE, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation. If official TSE publications are unavailable or unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from credible national or international news organizations. Resolution will reflect the officially certified winner, not preliminary projections.
