About this question

At the end of his July summit with Vladmir Putin in Helsinki, Trump made statements that disregarded the US intelligence agencies, and failed to condemn Putin for the alleged Russian interfence in the 2016 US Elections. Some say his gesture to trust the Russian president instead of his own government was equivalent to siding with the enemy - which would fit the definition of treason - while others claim such equivalency cannot be made for as long as the US and Russia are not officially at war.

If Trump is indeed prosecuted for treason during his tenure, this question will be resolved as "Yes". Otherwise, it will be resolved as "No".
