Will a third party win more than 10% of the popular vote in any state?
Market Rules
if any party - other than the Republican Party or the Democratic Party - is announced to have received at least 10% of the total valid votes casted by individual American voters in the 2020 Presidential Election, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
Only valid votes will be considered towards the calculation of such 10% threshold. The resolution to this question is independent from whether or not the candidate from the referred party is elected president or not.
For the sake of this question, a candidate is considered to be from a specific party when: A) he/she is elected with a ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with such party, or B) he/she has publicly stated an intention to caucus with such party.
