Will the tax reform establish a Wealth Taxation in Brazil in 2020?

The new battlefield of the Bolsonaro government is the approval of a tax reform. Allies and opposition already present their proposals in a race to meet the demands of their bases. One of the main points under discussion concerns the creation of a new Wealth Taxation.
If the tax reform proposed by the Brazilian government is approved by Congress and creates a new Wealth Taxation, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
If the tax reform is rejected by Congress - or in case it is approved but does not include the creation of the so-called Wealth Taxation - this market will be resolved as "No".
If the tax reform does not come to a vote by the end of 2020, it will be up to Futuur's editorial team to decide whether to postpone the deadline for this question's resolution or to cancel it - in which case all the Ooms that were invested on it would be returned to forecasts.
