Will the leaders from the 2017 Catalonia independence movement be released from jail in 2020?

The Catalonian separatist movement gained renewed momentum after the Spanish Supreme Court sentenced 9 individuals to 13 years in prison for their role as leaders in the 2017 separatist attempt. Besides independence, one of the issues uniting protesters that took the streets of Barcelona since October, 2019, was the demand for the freedom of such leaders.
If on or before December 31st, 2020, the 9 leaders are released from the obligation to serve time in prison for their involvement in the 2017 Catalonian separatist attempt, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
