When will Nigeria officially allow the reopening of commerce?

Market Rules

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, cities and even entire countries have closed or imposed restrictions on the movement of people, ir order to slow the spread of the new coronavirus. Such restrictions usually apply to the functioning of trade, schools, or the entry and exit of people.

If the government of Nigeria - be it the federal government or the local government from at least half of its states/provinces - determines the reopening of commerce for all non-essential activities at any point in 2020, the outcome containing the month in which that happens will be considered the winner of this forecast. If, on the other hand, that does not happen by December 31, 2020, this question will be resolved as "It won't reopen in 2020".
