Will Brazil, specifically, be banned from flights to the USA?

With the increase in the number of cases of Covid-19 in Brazil, many experts considered, in May, Brazil had become the global transmission epicenter of the pandemic. This fact generated concern not only in neighboring countries, but also in those that usually receive a large number of Brazilians, such as the USA, Portugal and other European countries.
After Donald Trump, the mayor of Miami Francis Suarez also voiced the possibility of suspending flights from Brazil for as long as the situation remains that critical.
If by August 31, 2020, the government of the United States - be it by decision of the federal government or any state or local authority - decides to suspend flights from Brazil specifically, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, while flights from other countries are still normally allowed to land in the US, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
