When will the first Covid-19 vaccine be distributed in Brazil (regardless of emergency or regular approval)?

Market Rules

As of October, 2020, Brazil had four vaccine candidates being tested in its territory, from the following companies: Sinovac (China), AstraZeneca/Oxford (England), BionTech/Pfizer (USA/German), and Janssen Pharmaceuticals (USA). They were all in phase III trials, and still recruiting volunteers.

Especulations have been made regarding when the first vaccine will be distributed in Brazil, with São Paulo governor João Doria affirming that the citizens of the State would be vaccinated by January 2021. But when will the first vaccine actually be distributed in Brazil?

The alternative that lists the month when the first vaccine is distributed in Brazil to any group that is not part of the phase III trials will be considered the winning outcome of this market. It is irrelavant for that is the approval for that distribution is a regular approval or an emergency approval.

If no vaccine is distributed in those terms by April 1st, 2021, this market will be resolved as "It won't happen before April 2021".
