Ukraine has adopted a NATO Action Plan in 2002 and the Intensified Dialogue mechanism in 2005. Despite the setbacks in Ukraine's foreign policy after the Russian military intervention, the Ukrainian government still pursues accession to NATO as a central goal.

If Ukraine joins NATO (the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) as a member by December 31st, 2021, the outcome for this market will be "Yes".
