In April 2021, a Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI) was installed in Brazil's Senate to investigate the role of the Federal Government in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.

Among the issues that are subject to investigation is the collapse of the health system in the state of Amazonas, the recommendation of treatments without scientific proof, the purchase of vaccines, the management of the immunization process, among other issues.

If the final report of "CPI da Covid" recommends that Brazils former Communications Secretary, Fábio Wajngarten, is charged for acts that are related to any of the facts being investigated, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
