Will Russia block YouTube by the end of July?

Russian internet regulator, Roskomnadzor, has progressively escalated its efforts to exert control over technology enterprises used by government oppositionists to organize and promote agitation. YouTube is one of such companies and was ordered to erase content that the agency deemed illegal to avoid being blocked in Russia.
If by July 31, 2021, Russian authorities block access to YouTube entirely to its citizens, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
