Will any macro region of Brazil suffer a blackout, due to the energy crisis, in the second half of 2021?

In June 2021, Brazil's secretary of Mines and Energy stated that there was a possibility of electricity rationing and blackouts in 2021. The speaker of the House of Representatives, Arthur Lira, even said that the government planned to implement an "educational" energy rationing plan to avoid blackouts. Lira backtracked shortly after, though, saying the government would only encourage the "efficient use" of energy.
According to Luiz Augusto Barroso - president of the PSR consultancy and former president of the Energy Research Company (EPE) - the risk of shutdowns in the electricity system is real, due to the water crisis Brazil's was facing, but the government can still take steps to avoid this scenario.
If by the end of 2021 there is at least one shutdown in the electrical grid of any of Brazil's major regions - frequently referred to as "blackouts" or "apagão" - this market will be resolved as "Yes".
Note from the Editor: For the sake of this market, Brazil's 5 major regions are North, Northeast, Center-West, Southeast, and South. It is necessary that a blackout affects at least one of those regions as a whole for the market to be resolved as "Yes". Eventual blackouts that are restricted to a tiny portion of those regions and cannot be attributed to failures in the national electrical grid, but are rather the consequence of local issues, will not be taken into account for resolving this market as "Yes".

- hugotss: Futuur Agradeço a boa fé de cancelar o mercado. O sistema elétrico é muito complexo para que apagões de regiões inteiras ocorram, mesmo que a crise hídrica provoque apagões locais. Nunca houve no país apagão generalizado por falta direta de energia produzida, então a mudança de extensão da queda era muito abrupta de algo "provável" para "inédito". Fico muito feliz de saber que vocês têm essa atenção com a gente.

Por conta dele adicionamos uma nota à descrição do mercado, a fim de esclarecer que, quando falamos em "alguma região do Brasil", estamos nos referindo às Macro Regiões do país (isto é, Norte, Nordeste, Centro Oeste, Sul e Sudeste). Este mercado diz respeito a falhas amplas nessas regiões, e não a eventos isolados em cidades específicas, os quais poderiam ocorrer de qualquer forma em tempos normais, sem relação com a atual crise hídrica.
