Market Rules

In October 2021, Brazil's Attorney General's Office ordered the opening of a preliminary investigation to analyze the data gathered by "CPI da Covid" against 13 individuals with privileged jurisdiction, including President Jair Bolsonaro. After that, the team of Brazil's Attorney General Augusto Aras declared his team would analyze the evidence presented by the CPI and assess whether it should require a formal investigation before Brazil's Federal Supreme Court (STF) or Superior Court of Justice (STJ).

If, by the end of 2021, Brazil's Attorney General's Office requests the opening of a full investigation against President Jair Bolsonaro for the crime of “Malfeasance”, this market will resolve to "Yes".
