Will Nasdaq trading be halted by a circuit breaker in 2022?

Market-wide circuit breakers are procedures to halt cross-market trading in the Nasdaq Stock Market. They are activated in case of a single-day severe market price decline. Nasdaq circuit breakers are triggered in case the S&P 500 Index declines 7% and can be activated again in cases of 13% and 20% drops.
If at least one circuit breaker is triggered in the Nasdaq Stock Market between January 01 and December 31, 2022, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
