After Russian president Vladimir Putin’s pronouncement recognizes the autonomy of insurrectionist republics in Ukraine in February of 2022, German chancellor Olaf Scholz declared he will not allow Russia-Germany Nord Stream 2 pipeline, that awaited regulatory approvals, to operate.

If Nord Stream 2 obtains regulatory licenses and starts to operate by December 31st, 2022, then the resolution of this market will be “Yes”.
