If, by December 31st, 2024, the majority stakeholder of Petrobras or a company’s spokesperson publicly announces that Jean Paul Prates will cease to hold office as Petrobras’ CEO, then this market will be resolved as “No”. The official announcement itself will be sufficient to resolve the market, even if the effective release from duty only takes place later.
