Market Rules

After the reversion of the Roe v. Wade decision by the Supreme Court of the United States, in June 2022, president Joe Biden issued an emergency abortion guidance and called on Congress to turn the right to abortion a fundamental right nationwide.

If by December 15th, 2024, the US Congress passes a federal law extending the access to abortion nationwide as a fundamental civil right and provides a time standard to guide other eventual regulations on the theme, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
