Will the Supreme Court of the United States revert the Colorado Supreme Court decision of removing Trump from the ballot?

Market Rules

This market aims to predict if the United States Supreme Court will determine, in the context of the Trump v. Anderson case, that Colorado’s Supreme Court decision of ordering the removal of Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential primary ballot of the Republican Party should be reversed. If the US Supreme Court comes to that conclusion in before the 2024 election day, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

The US Supreme Court set February 8th, 2024, as the date for the oral argument of the Trump v. Anderson case, in which Donald Trump and the Republican Party of Colorado assert the Supreme Court of Colorado erroneously decided to leave the former president out of the state’s primary elections of 2024. The Colorado state court decided against Trump after being summoned by a group of local voters, who affirmed the former president's participation in an unconstitutional insurrection after losing the 2020 elections should disqualify him from running for office.
