Will Netanyahu be indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) by the end of 2024?

Market Rules

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu declared on April 30 that the eventual issue of warrants by the ICC against Israeli officials, in the context of the Israel-Hamas conflict, would be an “outrage of historic proportions”. The Court’s chief prosecutor Karim Khan is under diplomatic pressure also to indict Israeli officials for crimes under the ICC’s jurisdiction, such as war crimes and crimes against humanity.

If the International Criminal Court (ICC) indicts Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu by December 31, 2024, at 23:59 (UTC-3) this market will resolve to "Yes". If Netanyahu gets targeted by an arrest warrant or is summoned to appear before the ICC, this market will also resolve to “Yes”.
