Putin to attend G20 Leaders’ Summit in-person in Rio?

This market aims to predict whether Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, will physically attend the G20 Leaders' Summit held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on November 18 and 19, 2024. Confirmation of Putin’s in-person attendance must come from official or credible sources, such as government statements, press releases, or verified reports from reputable news organizations. If no official confirmation of Putin’s in-person attendance is available by November 19, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. local time in Rio de Janeiro, this market will resolve as “No”.
Virtual attendance (via video call or other remote means) will not qualify as in-person attendance and will cause the market to resolve as “No”.
If Putin is confirmed to be physically present at any official G20 event on either of the two days of the summit, the market will resolve as Yes, even if he does not participate in all summit events.
