Market Rules

If social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) is legally allowed to resume its regular operations in the national territory of Brazil by October 31, 2024, 23:59 (UTC-3), this market will resolve to "Yes".

For this market, X will be considered re-allowed to operate as soon as it becomes public that the judicial ban on its operations has ended. This may result from fulfilling the conditions established by the Supreme Federal Court on August 30, 2024 (when the ban was put into effect), a revision of the ban imposed on the company, or any other court decision that official sources and reliable journalistic reports can confirm.

If X is allowed to resume operations with significant restrictions that weren't in place before the ban, Futuur will use its discretion to determine whether this constitutes a 'Yes' resolution.
