Will any of Brazil's Supreme Court Justices enter the US in 2025?

This market predicts whether at least one sitting minister of Brazil's Supreme Court (Supremo Tribunal Federal, or STF in the Portuguese acronym) will be physically present on sovereign United States territory at any time between June 19 and December 31, 2025 (by 23:59 UTC-3).

For this market, “enter the US” means the justice clears U.S. border control and is present anywhere within the United States, including its states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. insular areas. This market will not take into consideration time spent solely within the premises of any diplomatic or consular mission of the US outside its territory or solely in an international-transit zone before U.S. immigration control.

The market resolves to “Yes” upon credible confirmation that an STF justice has been present on U.S. territory under the conditions above. Reputable media reports, official itineraries, court or government releases may be used as confirmation sources for this purpose. If no such confirmation emerges by the deadline, the market resolves “No”.
