Will the Anti-CBDC Act be signed into law in 2025?
Market Rules
This market aims to predict whether the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act (H.R. 1919) will be passed by both chambers of the Congress of the United States and signed into law by December 31, 2025. If that happens, the market will resolve to “Yes”. If the bill fails to pass either the Senate or the House before the end-of-year recess date, the market will resolve to “No” at the moment the bill is rejected.
The primary sources to resolve this market will be the official bill status page on Congress.gov showing “Passed House,” “Passed Senate,” and “Became Public Law”; the public-law text published on GovInfo.gov; and any White House press release or signing statement posted on whitehouse.gov confirming the President’s signature. Reputable national outlets that explicitly quote or link to the official signing notice may also be used for verification.
