Will Meta's Q2 2026 GAAP Earnings per Share (EPS) exceed $7.20?
Market Rules
This market predicts Meta Platforms, Inc.'s (META) reported profitability for its second quarter of 2026 (the quarter ended June 30, 2026): whether earnings per share exceed a set threshold. It resolves to "Yes" if the GAAP diluted EPS in Meta Platforms, Inc.'s first official Q2 2026 earnings release is greater than $7.20, and to "No" otherwise (basic EPS is used if diluted is unavailable). The resolution source is Meta Platforms, Inc.'s official quarterly earnings release and related SEC filings, via Meta Investor Relations (https://investor.atmeta.com).
Resolution uses the first officially reported figure, rounded to the nearest cent; later restatements do not affect it except to correct an obvious, immediate error. The threshold is fixed — this is not a comparison to analyst estimates. If Meta Platforms, Inc. does not release Q2 2026 earnings within 45 days of its expected report date (on or around July 29, 2026), this market resolves to "No". Resolution reflects the earnings Meta Platforms, Inc. actually reports, not presentation technicalities.
