Market Rules

This market resolves to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the Binance BTC/USDT 1-hour candle beginning at Jul 31, 2026 08:00 PM ET ET. Otherwise, it resolves to "Down."

The open ("O") and close ("C") values shown for the relevant 1H candle will be used once that candle is finalized.
