If Omarosa Manigault, former political aide to President Donald Trump, rejoins the White House staff in any capacity on or before Decembber 31st, 2019, this question will be resolved as "Yes".

It is necessary that Omarosa effectively takes office by that date in order for the question to be resolved as "Yes". Official announcements or plans for an admission that only takes place after December 31st, 2019, will still lead to the resolution of this question as "No".
