Market Rules

Ben Carson is currently serving the Trump Administration as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. If he remains in office by the end of December 31st, 2019, this question will be resolved as ""No"". Otherwise, it will be resolved as "Yes".

The criteria to resolve this question is the effective and permanent release from duties by Ben Carson. Therefore, the following scenarios shall not count as leaving office:

1) Announcing his intention to leave office before December 31, but only doing so after such date

2) Being temporarily released from duty, only to be readmitted into office within 48h from that.

In both of the referred cases, this question shall still be resolved as "No"
