Will Ecuador declare moratorium to the IMF until the end of 2020?

The protests of 2019 in Ecuador have exploded nationwide after the price of gas was raised by 123%. The elimination of subsidies for the fuel sector is part of a set of measures imposed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), so that the government of Ecuador could have access to a US$4,2 billion loan.
Following the social chaos in the country, will the government step back and declare moratorium to the IMF until the end of 2020? If so, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
