Is Teddy's conscience in Charlotte's body?

In season 2 of Westworld, Dolores managed to escape from the park using Charlotte Halle's synthetic body, after killing her. But in the trailer for season 3 we see Dolores back in her original body while someone else is wearing Halle's shell.
If season 3 of Westworld shows that the person wearing Halle's shell in the trailer is Teddy, this question will be resolved as "YES".
