The premiere of "Mulan" was postponed by Disney, and, given it's still unclear how long will the global pandemic of Covid-19 last for - along with its restrictions to human physical gatherings (like is the case in a movie theater) - no one knows exactly when will it be released.

If, given this scenario, the release of the movie is redirected to take place on a streaming service rather than on movie theaters, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
