Will the index of people in social isolation in Brazil reach 70% in any day in May?

A Brazilian information security and anti-fraud company called In Loco is keeping track of the levels of social distancing observed in the country through a kind of Social Isolation Index. The index measures the percentage of mobile phones which, throughout the day, stayed within a radius of 150m from the place where they "slept" the night before (that is, where the phone spent the latest period of 10 pm to 2 am). The company allegedly creates the index through the use of geolocation technology alone, without the need to access any of the user's personal data.
In Loco publicly releases the daily average of social isolation in the country every day, both by state and nationwide. The data can be found in the address https://public.tableau.com/views/SocialisolationIndexInLoco/Overview.
If according to the data from In Loco's Social Isolation Index the daily average of people observing social isolation in Brazil as a whole reaches at least 70.0% in any day between May 1st and 31st, 2020, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
