Will Brazil, specifically, be banned from flights to any South America country?

With the increase in the number of cases of Covid-19 in Brazil, many experts considered, in May, Brazil had become the global transmission epicenter of the pandemic. This fact generated concern not only in neighboring countries, but also in those that usually receive a large number of Brazilians, such as the USA, Portugal and other European countries.
If by August 31, 2020, the government of any South American country - be it by decision of the federal government or any state or local authority - decides to suspend flights from Brazil specifically, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, while flights from other countries are still normally allowed to land in its territory, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
