Will Google’s operations be dismembered by the end of 2021?

Big tech companies play a key role in the global economy today. However, some of these businesses are under the scrutiny of legislators and legal authorities in the US over market practices that many consider being harmful to competition. The dismembering of such companies is often advocated as an antitrust remedy to better regulate them.

Google is one of the largest companies under scrutiny by the US government and by candidates running for office with regards to antitrust regulation.

If by December 31st, 2021, Google's operations are dismembered - be it as a result of antitrust efforts, changes in regulation, or any other motivation - this market will be resolved as "Yes".
