Market Rules

If Barack Obama is announced by Joe Biden as the head official for a cabinet post or as a cabinet-level post in the Biden administration (expected to begin on January 20, 2021), this market will be resolved as “Yes”.

To resolve this market as "Yes", Obama's name has to be announced as the first to fill his post in Biden's administration. The nomination does not need to be confirmed by the US Senate for this market to be resolved as "Yes".
