Brazilian actress Regina Duarte announced in May she would no longer be in charge as special secretary for the culture in Jair Bolsonaro's government. The president confirmed the resignation of the 73-year-old actress, but very few names have been considered to take over the position, which has remained open for weeks. That situation, together with the fact that Regina was already the 4th secretary to leave in less than 18 months, causes suspicion that the Special Secretariat of Culture might be extinguished in president Bolsonaro's government.

If Brazil's Special Secretariat of Culture is officially extinguished by December 31, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
