The next Italian general elections are set to happen in 2023, but a snap election might be summoned before that. If new national Parliamentary Elections are called in Italy before the end of 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes". For the sake of this market, elections only have to be called in 2021, no matter if they are held before December 31st, 2021, or not.
