If Kim Jong-Un steps down in 2021, who will step in as North Korea’s Supreme Leader?
Market Rules
The Constitution of North Korea states that the Chairman of State Affairs Commission (SAC) is the Supreme Leader and the head of state of the country. The person who eventually takes Kim Jong-Un's place as Chairman of the State Affairs Commission will be considered the winning outcome of this question, even if this topic of the Constitution is changed in 2021. If a military joint or a different person from the ones listed as possible outcomes takes over as Director of the SAC, this question will be resolved as "Other".
If Kim Jong-un continues to be the People's Republic of Korea's Supreme Leader and Director of SAC throughout the end of 2021, this question will be canceled and all active forecasts will be returned to forecasters.
