Market Rules

If Warren Buffett remains in charge as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway through December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".

If he steps down or leaves for whatever reason, even if temporarily, this market will be resolved as "No".

Just announcing the intention to leave - without effectively doing so by the end of the year - is not enough for this market to be resolved as "No".
