Galactic Federation to reveal itself to humanity by the end of 2024?

In December 2020, Haim Eshed (the former head of Israel's Defense Ministry's space directorate) declared that earthlings had been in contact with extraterrestrials from a so-called "Galactic Federation." The former Israeli space security chief told Israel's Yediot Aharonot newspaper the aliens were equally curious about humanity and were seeking to understand "the fabric of the universe". According to Eshed's statement, aliens are waiting until humanity develops and reaches a stage where it would be able to understand, in general, what space and spaceships are.
If any kind of Galactic Federation (managed by living beings that were not born on planet Earth) reveals itself to humanity by the end of 2024, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
